Products delivery
With your order confirmation message, we will inform you of the delivery time of your order, which depends on the shipping area of the products. Our orders are processed during working days and hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00). Our deliveries are made in accordance with the following commitment:
- For deliveries within Greece, delivery in 3 working days from the moment we receive your order.
We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure. In any case of emergency, we will contact you.
Return products
Within 15 calendar days, from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it, at your own expense.
For the return of products, it is assumed:
- that the product has not been used
- no markings on the products have been removed
- they are in excellent condition, in the packaging and you have all the printed shipping documents with which you received them.
You can either request a replacement of the products you have chosen, with others of at least equal value, or a refund of your money.
We take all the necessary measures so that you receive the products without damage. However, in case you received a defective product, then the shipping and return costs are borne exclusively by handworks.gr.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will immediately send you the correct one, after confirming the new receipt by e-mail.

To return a defective or inappropriately sized product, it is necessary to package it properly, so that it is protected during shipping, place inside the package that you have made, a document in which you state your details in detail (name, surname, address ) your order, with the label, for the attention of the Returns Department.
